In order to make campus life more convenient and maintain
on-campus traffic safety for faculty members and students,
as of December 1, 2019 the university has established three
food delivery waiting areas. All food delivery platform vehicles
and students are to use one of these areas.

- From 7:00 to 23:00, please wait in one of these waiting areas.
- From 23:00 to 7:00 am (curfew hours), food delivery platform
vehicles are prohibited to enter the campus
Holidays
- From 23:00 to 7:00 am (curfew hours), food delivery platform
vehicles are prohibited to enter the campus
Food delivery waiting areas
- Outdoor deck beside 2nd floor of B Building
- Under the large tree in the school bus parking lot
- Parking area in front of International Conference Room
(only available in the evenings from 18:00 to 23:00 and on holidays)
Signage will be set up in the three areas mentioned above and at the
university gate to make it easy for students and food delivery persons
to identify the delivery spots. These will be patrolled by Campus Security
staff and guards daily. Food delivery platform delivery people are
prohibited to engage in dangerous behavior, such as speeding,
random parking, making U-turns or traveling in the wrong direction.
Any violations will be recorded by the university, that delivery vehicle
will be prohibited from entering the campus in the future, and the case
will be transferred to the food delivery platform company for punishment.
