In accordance with Personal Information Protection Act, prior to being disposed,
responsible staff must ensure that data on all computer-related goods (such as
network hosts, laptops, tablets, cell phones and portable hard drives) with
data storage function has been deleted from the equipment and that
the MCU Property Disposal Form is signed to confirm said before
being disposed of.

The amended MCU Property Disposal Form is available now under
Downloadable Forms on the website of General Affairs Division.
