Announcement of Inventory Control Affairs in Construction and Buildings Section of General Affairs Division

The procedures related to inventory control affairs in Construction and Buildings Section of
General Affairs Division are changed from today on; please submit the form to the responsible
staff member in accordance with your location.

Chang, Yi-Chuan: Responsible for signing purchase orders, maintenance requests, transfers, and discard reports, taking regular inventory, and assigning serial numbers to recently purchased assets on Taipei Campus (including Jihe Complex) and Kinmen Location (Ext. 2265).

Lin, Shao-Huei: Responsible for signing purchase orders, maintenance requests, transfers, and discard reports, taking regular inventory, and improving energy conservation on Taoyuan Campus (Ext. 3789).
