Dear colleagues,
The 2016-17AY 1nd semester cleaning competition will be carried out on Friday, Nov 18, 2016, 12:00-14:00, on Taipei and Taoyuan campuses. In line with the cleaning event, all administration and academic units are required to assign staff members to clean offices and affiliated spaces and comply with the following matters:
1. Please collect cleaning tools from 9:00-12:00, Nov 18th (Friday) at the following location:
Taipei campus: School b us parking lot
Taoyuan campus: Platform on the 3rd floor of 1st Gym.
2. Please carry out the cleaning between 12:00-14:00. Oversight personnel will start to evaluate the cleaning results in all offices and spaces after 14:00.
